New Hampshire is very beautiful in October

As a junior in Northeastern University, I am fortunate to gain an interdisciplinary foundation in STEM fields that cater to my passions in robotics and applied physics. I try to apply whatever I learn on to projects and in my workplace that can teach me insights about real world engineering problems.

OVERVIEW

I have an interdisciplinary foundational background along with projects in Java, Python, Solidworks, MATLAB & Arduino. I learnt data analysis, documentation and other hands-on skills required for robotics in my previous coop. For my future work and research, I am seeking coops/internships in the fields of Robotics, AI, and Scientific Computation.

Academics

Pursuing Bachelor’s in Northeastern University in Mechanical Engineering, CS & Physics (2024)

My interests lie in interdisciplinary robotics and scientific computation. In the future, I aspire to work on subsystems for space vehicles or run simulations in theoretical physics.

Relevant courses I have taken include Artificial Intelligence, Object Oriented Design, Electronics, Dynamics, Mechanics of Materials, Statistics etc.

Work

I worked for an Electro-Mechanical Product Engineering Co-op at Siemens Healthineers in Waltham, MA. I worked on testing and analysis of various components of surgical robots.

It involved writing analysis code in Python and MATLAB along with writing engineering documents like testing methods, ECOs, data analyses, presentations etc.

Extracurricular

My participation in the university is in the Entrepreneurship club, Japanese Culture Club, Photography club and the Aerospace Club.

In the Aerospace club, I have been a member of a program that builds hobbyist rockets. My team worked designing the payload that shoots a projectile which is deployed from the rocket, using Arduino, Solidworks, 3d printing and other Mechatronic tools.

Projects at a glance

Used MATLAB to plot orbiting satellites using ODEs

Developed a Neural Network on Python to test Battleship variants

Made a GUI interactive animation player on Java with extra features
